Even with a growing understanding of COVID-19, we sometimes might find it difficult to believe that social distancing can provide personal freedoms. These freedoms are to have unexpected time and interactions with our families rather than feeling imprisoned.

Can we look at working from home as a new challenge, and potentially a great learning opportunity?

Can we understand that social distancing doesn’t mean social isolation?

In the past, many of our actions were to try to move processes and people in a way that supported our goals. This, unfortunately, led to a reduction of contributions by others. Today is a day to begin looking at the world and your circumstances differently: one of opportunity, growth and with a greater understanding of ourselves.
