Tour Guidelines
- During your tour you must be accompanied at all times by an OSU Medical Center staff member or an adult chaperone.
- We reserve the right to dismiss individuals from a tour at anytime for exhibiting inappropriate behavior.
- Tour participants must be quit in patient care areas.
Thank you for your interest in scheduling a tour. Driven by our mission to improve people’s lives through innovation in research, The Ohio State University Medical Center saves lives and improves the quality of life by rapidly translating the latest discoveries from the research lab to the bedside. We educate a large percentage of the region’s physicians and provide advanced training and continuing education for clinicians. We are excited to show you how all of these are integrated in our facilities.
Tours are scheduled Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. We ask that you make your request four week before your desired tour date. We can not guarantee requests that are made without four weeks notice.
To provide a safe environment for our patients, visitors and staff, we have certain expectations as a health care facility. At the beginning of each tour, we will share our expectations with you. We reserve the right to cancel a tour when expectations are not properly followed. We may not be able to accommodate all tour requests.
