Free, non-competitive training opportunity for all skill levels accompanied by Ohio State Sports Medicine experts to discuss endurance medicine and injury prevention for athletes in training.

Two-day fitness challenge featuring obstacle challenges to test your level of fitness endurance.

3.1 mile race that incorporates geographical challenges and landmark obstacles that will challenge even the fittest athlete. (Part of the larger event but can be completed separately)

Heart Champions 5K Walk/Run

June 22 at 8:30 a.m.

Take part in a heart-healthy activity to help raise awareness of heart disease prevention and to celebrate those living a affected by heart disease. Families and kids are invited to take part in fun activities in Ohio Stadium.

TriFit Challenge - Triathlon

June 30

Antrim Park

Join Ohio State’s Ross Heart Hospital at the TriFit Challenge, a triathlon event with the goal of ending heart disease, June 30, 2013. The TriFit Challenge starts in the water at Antrim Park and ends on foot in Ohio Stadium.  Proceeds benefit patient care at Ohio State's Ross Heart Hospital and life-saving research at Davis Heart and Lung Research Institute.

Participants can choose from three triathlon lengths, and compete as individuals or in a relay teams of two or three.

Tri:  .25 mile swim + 12 mile bike + 2 mile run
Fit:  .45 mile swim + 12 mile bike + 5K run
Challenge:  .90 mile swim + 24 mile bike + 10K run

Grandview

Women's only run around Grandview to raise awareness for women's heart health.  Participants can choose from 2, 4, or 8 mile courses. One "Lucky" man will be selected to participate.
