Marsheen saved Beth’s life by volunteering to donate her kidney. And if she could, she would do it again. Marsheen and Beth are just two of the thousands of lives impacted by a transplant.
This April, a vibrant display of pinwheels, each representing an organ or tissue transplant performed at Ohio State since 1967, will be “planted” on the front plaza of the Medical Center.
You can help us create more colorful reminders of lives saved through transplantation. By sponsoring a pinwheel for $50, you fund innovative treatments and research such as organ perfusion and regeneration to potentially make a greater number of organs available to the tens of thousands of patients who so desperately need them.
