Biography:

John Sirak, MD, is a cardiothoracic surgeon at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, specializing in cardiac surgery such as minimally invasive valve surgery and arrhythmia surgery. An assistant professor of clinical surgery at Ohio State, Dr. Sirak earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his residency in cardiothoracic surgery and a fellowship in minimally invasive cardiac surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Dr. Sirak’s research focuses on finding minimally invasive surgical techniques to improve heart surgery outcomes, especially in the area of atrial fibrillation treatment.
