Our Bariatric Surgery Program Team

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center's Bariatric Surgery Program consists of board certified bariatric surgeons, physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, dietitians, psychologists and exercise physiologists who are among the most experienced in evaluating and counseling patients to prepare them for this life-changing, lifesaving procedure and help ensure long-term success.

Our board certified surgeons are the most experienced in central Ohio. They were the first in central Ohio to use a minimally invasive approach for gastric bypass surgery and the first in Ohio to perform laparoscopic gastric banding.
