The most popular program at the Center for Wellness and Prevention (CWP) is the General Fitness Membership. It provides OSU faculty and staff members with access to:
- aerobic and body toning classes including yoga and water fitness classes
- cardio and strength training equipment including treadmills, stair masters, NuStep, recumbent bikes, cross-trainers, rowing machines, and free weights and weight training machines.
- orientation to equipment
- personalized fitness programs in a group setting
- personal training and fitness testing at an additional fee
Our professional staff members are trained in CPR and an AED is on site. Someone is available to answer questions or provide guidance and encouragement while exercising.
