Health Insurance Marketplace Resources

With the start of 2014, many Americans have new health insurance coverage through Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicaid or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

If you have insurance for the first time or have a new plan that started on January 1, you may have questions related to coverage, premiums payments, co-payments and other issues.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has posted information on Marketplace.cms.gov to address questions. The links below provide information for consumers on how to access their health plans as well as educational factsheets explaining how health insurance works:
