Children & Adolescent Programs

For our children, their health and welfare is a top priority. When their growth and development is disrupted, it can affect their family, schoolwork and social life, which can lead to problems in adulthood. At OSU Harding Hospital, we offer child and adolescent programs individualized to meet a child's needs.

The Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic has specialty programs for:

  • Mood Disorders
  • Family Psychoeducational Groups for Mood Disorders
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
  • Learning Disability Assessment
  • Psychological Assessment
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

The Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Inpatient Unit offers emergency stabilization for those who are preschool through high school with problems including:

  • Severe Mood Disorder, including Mania and Depression
  • Suicide Risk
  • Psychosis
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Anxiety Disorders

The Child & Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program offers acute step-down treatment to facilitate the transition from inpatient to outpatient care.

Talbot Hall at University Hospital East offers inpatient and outpatient addiction services.
