Currently, The James and OSU Ross Heart Hospital are wireless now. Other areas in University Hospital and UH East as well as outpatient offices will be going live weekly. The entire Medical Center should be wireless by the end of 2008.
Follow these steps to connect your laptop to our wireless network:
1.) Make sure your computer is configured for wireless.
2.) Select OSUMC Guest Internet.
3.) Open your web browser and you will be presented with a usage disclaimer.
4.) If you agree to the usage terms and conditions click on the "Agree" button.
If you are unable to access the network, you may call Customer/Guest Services at 7-2310 (for University Hospital East); 3-8944 (University Hospital/Ross Heart Hospital) or 3-8609 (The James) between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.weekdays.
